On Thursday, July 21 Bryan will join us to serve our people four courses with matching wines over two sittings (6pm and 8:30pm). The menu, you ask? Only the best of winter. Prepare for warm cod salad, four cheese risotto and roast lamb shoulder with pomme purée, cheffed together by Aidan himself. And these cellar jewels we're referring to? Back vintages is all we'll say. This one is all booked out but keep your eyes peeled for future starry-skied events.

Last Chance for Rosé

Last Chance for Rosé

Are you, dear reader, a fan of our Mallaluka Paranormal Rosé? We don't wish to alarm but the final allocation has landed, and after this, it shall exist no more. As a reminder, our Rosé was our first ever project wine, made in collaboration with friend, Sam Leyshon of Mallaluka! 'Tis a fruity, off-dry, deeper number, with strawberry lolly vibes on the nose, a wild balance of berry acid and a savoury edge on le palate. Not a Provence style pink wine, no siree. Come spring, you will be grateful.
