Copper, amber head-scratcher from the icons of orange wine in Friuli, near the Slovenian border. ‘Sivi’, Slovenian for Gris, is pressed as whole bunches and left on skins for 10 days before being moved to Slavonian oak. Wonderful notes of rose petals coupled with deep caramel on the nose, the palate is a galaxy of complexity, so many things going on.
