This is a piquette — not a vino but often confused for, 10% abv, water is added at first fermentation, unlike wine — made with chardonnay and zibibbo skins, exclusive for yours truly. It’s super fruity with apricot, quince and passionfruit vibes and is extremely special — it drinks like a pét-nat. Spring sipping SOON.
