From vines planted 40 light years ago on the volcanic edges of Mt Torbreck comes a direct-press Chardonnay created in tandem with Dane Johns of cult producer Momento Mori. Making wine with a big dog, that's us! The vibe? aged in amphora, zero oak detected, saline as hell, as zippy as the fly on your favourite jeans and with a touch of soft white peach.
