A drop as fun as the weather? The weather may be the stuff of comedy but Mersel is not. The north Lebanon producer is making two (outer)stellar fizzy drinks, with indigenous vines and a lotta pizzazz. Paranormal’s secured both the Leb (Pet) Nat Gold and Let (Pet) Nat Ruby, both 2020. Gold’s a fruity fruit salad on the nose and Aero-style with its bubbles. Its Ruby counterpart? Bubblegummy, berry-y, Saturday’s only salve.
