Mid-Winter Dinner with Ravensworth

Take-off: our mid-week, mid-winter dinner with Ravensworth's Bryan Martin. On Thursday, July 21 Bryan will join us to serve our people four courses with matching wines over two sittings (6pm and 8:30pm). The menu, you ask? Only the best of winter. Prepare for warm cod salad, four cheese risotto and roast lamb shoulder with pomme purée, cheffed together by Aidan himself. And these cellar jewels we're referring to?
